Thermoplastic rubber TPR is nontoxic and odorless, can be matched with various colors, can provide soft texture and plasticity, can design different molds with color matching, and make various realistic simulated foods, such as simulated steamed stuffed bun, simulated jiaozi, simulated bread, etc.
This kind of TPR material has good processability, easy color matching and oil injection.
TPR basic physical parameters:
Hardness 0 ~ 30a; The shrinkage rate is 1.2-1.4%; The elongation is 500~1500%, and the specific gravity is 0.86~1.05!
TPR processing method:
Injection molding (including coating), extrusion molding. As for the molding temperature, after the specific sample brand is confirmed, the engineers and technicians of our company will communicate with the users and give the suggested temperature parameters.
TPR baking material
It is recommended to bake at 50~60℃ for two hours.
TPR color matching
In principle, Dechuang Company does not actively provide color matching service, but provides transparent, solid and black TPR granular products. If the color is simple and there is a certain purchase quantity, the color matching service can be provided.
The choice of toner and masterbatch is based on compatibility. TPE/TPR(SEBS substrate) generally uses PE and EVA as masterbatch carriers, while TPE with higher hardness can use PP as carrier; TPR (based on SBS) can use EVA or PS as the masterbatch carrier. If it is other composite modified TPR, we should know the main components of its compounding system, and then choose the appropriate masterbatch system.

TPR thermoplastic rubber particles of Dechuang Company should be stored in a cool and dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and rain. Please use up the opened products in time to prevent pollution.
