Several problems should be paid attention to in TPE encapsulation molding:
Thermoplastic elastomer TPE can be coated and bonded with ABS,PC,PE.PP,PS,PA and other materials. For substrates made of different materials, the type of TPE raw materials selected is also different, and the injection molding temperature is also different. Let's introduce separately below:
TPE Encapsulated PP Material: No Baking, Injection Molding Temperature 170-180℃
TPE Encapsulated PC,ABS: The material needs to be baked for 2 hours at 80 degrees to ensure that the drying of the material does not affect the encapsulation effect. The injection temperature is 190-220 degrees. The specific temperature is adjusted according to several sets!
TPE Encapsulation PA: The material needs to be baked at 100 degrees for 2-3 hours to ensure that the drying of the material does not affect the encapsulation effect. The injection temperature is 230-270 degrees. The specific temperature is adjusted according to the machine.
As thermoplastic elastomer TPE raw materials are elastic materials with relatively fast fluidity, conventional products are recommended to be molded at low pressure and low speed.
