Injection grade TPE uses hydrogenated SEBS as the base material, and is modified by adding white oil and various additives. It is made of highly transparent and semitransparent materials. It has excellent soft touch, super resilience, good mechanical properties, good weatherability and excellent shock absorption effect. The specific gravity is between 0.85 and 0.96.
TPE Injection Molding Material Application Field:
Foot pad: natural color or sub-fog surface material, with special effects of high elasticity and low shrinkage, excellent abrasion resistance and scratch resistance, excellent fluidity and tensile and tear resistance, environmental protection and tasteless, convenient and even processing. Compared with PVC, it has light specific gravity and good anti-sliding effect. Can completely replace PVC and other materials.
Tool handle encapsulation: it is bonded with ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PP, PS and other materials, and has comfortable hand feeling and good weather resistance. Mainly applies the household appliance handle, the electric tool, the baby appliance, the fitness equipment, the diving flipper, the daily use tool handle to wrap the rubber design.
Soft rubber toys: high transparency, transparent material superior soft touch color matching effect, good deformation resistance, good fluidity, can replace silicone /PVC material, no smell, green and environmentally friendly, and meets the environmental testing standards of ROHS,REACH,PAHS,EN71, etc.
Sole pad: high transparent or translucent material. The soft rubber pad TPE has excellent soft touch, high ductility and excellent rebound resilience, excellent shock absorption effect, comfortable hand feeling, and can be made into sticky material with excellent injection molding effect, aging resistance and yellowing resistance.
