The raw materials of ultra-soft TPE are usually processed by injection molding, extrusion molding or blow molding. However, some special products require injection molding process. Such TPE needs special formula production, and is generally ultra-soft TPE below 0 degree.
Ultra-soft TPE materials generally refer to materials with hardness lower than ShoreA0. We usually use 5 zeros or 8 zeros to represent the hardness of TPE materials. Generally, the more zeros, the softer the materials will be. Perfusion refers to a method for forming and processing ultra-soft TPE materials. TPE materials with general hardness of 0~15A or softer hardness of 00 or 0000 can be molded by pouring (or pouring and pouring) process.
The heating principle of TPE is relatively simple, as long as it is heated to the melting temperature of the material. However, when heating, attention should be paid to controlling the temperature to be constant as far as possible, because changes in temperature or differences may lead to differences in material fluidity, which may affect the processing quality of products (e.g. gloss and transparency of products, etc.). The glue melting equipment can be carried out by using an electric heating pan, or by using a heating device similar to the shape of a screw. The material is added into a hopper and is fully melted and plasticized by a heating piece device.
