In our daily life, toys made of TPR materials are everywhere. For example, dog owners know that there are very bite-resistant teeth cleaning and grinding toys, pet toys such as Frisbee used for training and feeding, and toys such as vent ball, imitation animal toys, dolls and toy wheel skins.
The main base material of TPR toy material is SBS, with processing oil and other additives. This modified material is characterized by high transparency and is specially designed for toys with high transparency requirements. Most SBS dry adhesives have high viscosity and poor processability. In the later stage, processing oil is added to improve the processability of materials, and polymer resin is added to enhance the strength of materials. Therefore, SBS is the most basic component of blending modification system, so we used to call this kind of blending modification material TPR.
TPR toy materials are mainly used for highly transparent toy dolls, as well as bright surface silk screen printing and oil spraying.
