For thermoplastic elastomer TPE polymer materials, specific gravity does not seem to be a core physical index. However, if the specific gravity is high or very low, the material cost can be appropriately reduced. In addition, for some products that require submerged or floating water (such as floating cables), controlling the specific gravity is crucial.
